Return & Exchange policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Tags must be attached

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Exchange & Return shipping fees will apply based on location.

Return will be to your original payment method

A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund or charged separately
For Return and Exchange, once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Your Account
Go to the Account Login Page and sign in using the email you used at checkout.
2. Go to Your Orders
Once logged in, click on the order that contains the item(s) you want to return.
3. Request a Return
Click the "Request Return" button and follow the instructions. You’ll be able to select the items and reason for return.
4. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps as soon as possible.

Important Conditions:

All orders must be paid in full before the courier can hand over the package; opening the package before payment is not allowed.

Order cancellations must be made before the order is shipped or handed over to the courier. Only bank handling fees will be deducted.

If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including the return of any gifts received with your order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
